To communicate the concept of "plan" and "secret", I came up with the metaphor of a woman hiding the castle of a kingdom beneath her dress to communicate the concept of hiding the plan for her kingdom under her appearance. In the image, the woman is showing courtesy while lifting her dress to cover the blueprints of a kingdom. The smile on her face tells that she's only pretending so for now.
